Draw Bezier curve
To draw a Bezier curve, first draw a straight line passing through the two points. Then, move control points to form a curve.
To draw continuous curves, select Spline curve.
Prerequisite
A mode is graphic mode.
Procedure
Select Item - Basic shapes - Bezier curve or click
on the toolbar.
Drag the mouse as if drawing a straight line.
A Bezier curve is drawn.
Use control points
A Bezier curve has two control points. Move these control points to bend the line to form the intended shape.
If you move the pointer over these control points and drag in any direction, a curve is drawn in that direction.
Drag upwards (left) and drag downwards (right)
The degree of bend in the curve changes according to the extent of dragging.
Reference
You can change the direction and bend of a Bezier curve by specifying the positions of the control points in Property editor.
Select the drawn Bezier curve.
Property editor displays the properties of the selected Bezier curve.
Specify each property item.
