Set a link field

"Link field" is a field that is set so that the data to be output to the field is separated by a delimiter and the rest is output to the linked field. It can be set for forms created with SVF Cloud Designer.

In SVF Cloud Manager, set the character used as a delimiter and how to separate data.

  1. Log in to SVF Cloud Manager.

  2. Click icon_menu_printSetting.png Print Settings and select "Link Field" from the drop-down list.

  3. Select the target language (the language specified in Locale when creating the form layout).

  4. Set a link field.

    • Delimiter

      Specify the character used as a delimiter. If multiple characters are specified, they are processed with the OR condition.

      If you want to use a character that is not in the list, enter it in the Other text box. You can specify multiple characters by separating them with a single-byte comma ",".

    • Separation rule

      Specify how to separate the data from one of the following.

      • Remove the delimiter and split

      • Split after the delimiter

      • Split before the delimiter

  5. Click the Save Changes button to save the settings.

This completes the link field settings.
