Register printers
Once you register a printer in SVF Cloud, you will be able to print forms directly from that printer.
Preparation
You can register a printer from SVF Cloud Agent or SVF Cloud Manager. This section describes how to register a printer using SVF Cloud Manager. For details on how to register it using SVF Cloud Agent, see "SVF Cloud Agent Setup Guide".
There are two ways to register a printer:
Register from the list of unregistered printers
Log in to SVF Cloud Manager.
Click
Printer.From the drop-down list, select Unregistered Printer.
Select the target printer from the list.
On the detail screen, click the Register button.
On the confirmation screen, click the OK button.
The printer registration is now complete.
Register from the list of unregistered printers for each agent
Log in to SVF Cloud Manager.
Click
Agent.Select the target agent.
Select the target printer from the Unregistered Printer list. The
Printer screen is displayed and the details of the printer are displayed.On the detail screen, click the Register button.
On the confirmation screen, click the OK button.
The printer registration is now complete.
