Solve the problem not displaying preview in Internet Explorer
When using Internet Explorer, the preview screen may not be displayed due to the Internet Explorer XSS filter.
In this case, you can display the preview screen by changing the authentication method of the preview screen.
The authentication method must be changed by a user with system administrator permission.
Notes
This feature is only available in SVF Cloud for Salesforce.
If you restrict the IP addresses that can access Salesforce, allow access from IP addresses used by SVF Cloud. (If not, go to step 2.)
For details of our IP addresses to be allowed access, see "2. Allow IP Address of SVF Cloud in your services" described in the following page.
Log in to SVF Cloud Manager.
Click
Environment Settings - Salesforce.
Select Salesforce Connection Information - Application Authentication - OAuth.
By clicking the OK button on the confirmation screen, change of authentication is complete.
