Upgrade SVF Cloud Agent to the latest version
Use SVF Cloud Manager to instruct the agent on client PC to upgrade to the latest version. When the agent given the instruction of update becomes online, the update will be performed automatically.
If the instruction is given to the wrong agent, you can cancel the instruction and restore to the previous version. You can revert the version even if the agent is upgraded to the latest version.
Update to the latest version
Restrictions
If the agent does not come online within one hour after given the update instruction, the instruction will be invalid. Give the update instruction again.
Log in to SVF Cloud Manager.
Click
Agent to open the agent management screen.
From the list of agents, select the agent to update. You can also select multiple agents with the check box.
Click Details - Update button (or Update All button for multiple selection) to give the update instruction.
When selecting one agent
By clicking the OK button on the update instruction acceptance screen, the update instruction is complete.
Restore to the pre-update version
Restrictions
Only agents that have been upgraded in the past can be reverted to the previous version.
If the agent does not come online within one hour after given the revert instruction, the instruction will be invalid. Give the instruction to restore the version again.
Log in to SVF Cloud Manager.
Click
Agent to open the agent management screen.
From the list of agents, select the agent to restore.
Click Details - Restore to Previous Version button to give an instruction to restore the version.
By clicking the OK button on the update cancel acceptance screen, the restore instruction is complete.
