Upload a form to Salesforce Files

You can upload the generated form to the related list "File" of the Salesforce record. If multiple records are selected, a form will be uploaded to each record.

Restriction

  • Experience Cloud does not support this feature.

  • This feature cannot be used when an external object is specified as the data source.

This section explains the settings for uploading a form to a Salesforce record.

Create a form layout

You can create a form layout by using the form layout creation tool. Note that the type of a generated form will differ depending on the type of form layout.

Set SVF buttons

On the icon_menu_Button.png SVF Button Settings screen of the SVF Cloud Manager, set the following.

Caution

When you have changed the existing SVF button settings, you need to create the print button again.

Optional settings

Configure the settings on SVF Cloud Manager. Go to the icon_menu_Button.png SVF Button Settings screen - SVF Button Information - icon_setting.png - Settings screen.

Output PDF file with document security enabled

You can specify it when the form layout is an XML file.

This restricts operations on PDF files.
