Output external fonts to forms

You can output external fonts created in Windows to forms.

Example 1. Before starting work
  • Preparation

    • Change the tenant settings.

      • Contact our support center because changing the tenant settings requires some work inside our company.

      • Changing the tenant settings is needed when outputting an external font for the first time. Once the change is made, the settings will be retained.

    • Create an external font file (EUDC.TTE) in Windows.

    • Set SVF button in Sandbox environment (up to step 19 for Salesforce Classic or Lightning Experience).

  • Restrictions

    • External fonts can be output when the form is output as a PDF file or is printed from a printer.
