Enable access to custom metadata types
When a general user uses Direct Print by clicking a print button, access to the custom metadata type must be enabled by one of the following methods.

To grant access to a profile
Log in to Salesforce.
From Setup in Salesforce, open the Profiles page.
Click Profile Name of the target profile.
Under Enabled Custom Metadata Type Access, click the Edit button.
Select "SVF Cloud for Salesforce.svfcloud.Settings" and click the Add button.
Click the Save button.
To grant access to a permission set
Log in to Salesforce.
From Setup in Salesforce, open the Permission Sets page.
Click Permission Set Label for the target permission set.
Click Custom Metadata Types.
Click the Edit button.
Select "svfcloud.Settings" and click the Add button.
Click the Save button.
To enable access for your entire organization
Enable read access to custom metadata types outside of Apex code or system mode contexts.
Log in to Salesforce.
From Setup in Salesforce, open the Schema Settings page.
Deselect Restrict access to custom metadata.
