Draw polyline and polygon
Draw a polygon by using a polyline. The start and end points of a polyline are joined in Property editor. Therefore, it is not necessary to join them while drawing.
To draw a regular polygon, select Regular polygon.
This section describes the procedure for drawing a polyline or polygon.
Prerequisite
A mode is graphic mode.
Procedure
Select Item - Basic shapes - Polyline and Polygon or click
on the toolbar.
Click the mouse on the form and draw a straight line while specifying anchor points. You can specify the end point (anchor point) of a line each time you click.
When you specify the last point, click the mouse while pressing SHIFT.

Anchor points appear as square handles.
If you move the pointer near any anchor point, the pointer changes to
. If you drag the pointer in that state, you can change the shape of the polyline/polygon.
If you select an anchor point and right-click it, the following menu appears:

Add anchor point before current point
Adds an anchor point between the currently selected anchor point and the previous anchor point.
Add anchor point after current point
Adds an anchor point between the currently selected anchor point and the next anchor point.
Delete anchor point
Deletes the currently selected anchor point.
Coordinate settings
The Coordinate settings dialog is displayed and you can set the coordinates of anchor points. Anchor point index is displayed at the top of the dialog. The counting for the anchor point index starts with "0".

Select the drawn polyline/polygon.
Property editor displays the properties of the selected polyline and polygon.
Specify each property item.
To connect the start point and the end point with a straight line, select Polygon in Properties.
