Card

A "card" is a fixed form that contains all information on a single sheet. Unlike a cut sheet in which lines with the same format are output repeatedly in detail lines, there are no detail lines, subtotal lines, or total lines. Typical forms include medical receipts, certificates of attendance, and electricity bill receipts.
