Create record (rows outputting data repeatedly in the subform)
Rows where data is iteratively output within a subform are called records. When required, you can insert total-lines between detail-lines and print them.
Records are always placed in a subform. You can confirm records placed in a subform on the Hierarchy tab in Navigator.

Prerequisite
Subform is created
Procedure
Select Item - Create record or click
on the toolbar to move the mouse pointer to any point on the form. The pointer changes to
.Drag the mouse to make a rectangle on the subform.

Reference
Clicking the Fit mode box at the bottom left of the window to select Fit mode allows you to automatically place ruled lines and records in line with adjacent ruled lines, rectangles, and subform frames.

A record is placed.

Select the placed record and drag it to the desired position.
To place a record outside of the subform area while keeping that item under the subform hierarchy, press ALT and drag the record.
Restriction
When placing a record outside of the subform area, do not place it above the topmost record you placed in the subform.
In XML form files that contain a link-subform, data output is not supported when a field is placed within a subform but outside of a record.
The Property editor displays the properties of the selected record.
Reference
The option of placing a record outside of the subform area while keeping that item under the subform hierarchy is useful for situations where it is necessary to create so many detail records that they do not fit in the subform area, or where you want to put a total record outside of the subform area, and so on.
Specify each property item.
Restriction
The hierarchy will not change in situations where you place a record on top of items that have already been created, or when you move items that belong to the SvfForm hierarchy to the area within a record. If you want to place an item under the record hierarchy, you must create it after creating a record, or explicitly move it to place under the record hierarchy.
