5. Release the SVF buttons from Sandbox environment to production environment
In the SVF Cloud Manager in Sandbox environment, release the SVF button to SVF Cloud Manager in the production environment.
When you release the SVF button, the form layout set for the SVF button is also released to the production environment.
Preparation
Notes
In the release destination tenant, the following are override with the data to be released.
The SVF button with the same name as the SVF button to be released
You can check the SVF button name on SVF Button Information - Name.
The form layout with the same name and in the same hierarchy as the form layout assigned to the SVF button to be released
For the form layout with the "xml" extension, the embedded forms and image files added to the form layout are also overwritten. (You can check the embedded forms and image files in the References window of SVF Cloud Designer.)
Log in to SVF Cloud Manager.
Click
SVF Button Settings.If the Salesforce login screen appears, enter login information to login.
In SVF Button, select the button you want to release to the production environment.
Click the Release to Another Tenant button.
Select the production environment for the release destination, and click the OK button.
The processing runs in the background. Therefore, even if you move to another screen or close the web browser, the processing continues.
When there is any progress in the processing, a notification appears in the upper right corner of the screen, and you can also check it on the Information screen - the Background Processing tab. For details, see "Check the status of the background processing".
Reference
Only the user who executed the processing can see the progress of the processing.
When the completion notice appears, the release to the production environment is complete.
You can check the released button in SVF Button Settings - SVF Button of SVF Cloud Manager in the production environment.
