Check the operation log

You can check the operation log of SVF Cloud Manager on the Operation Log tab on the icon_menu_log.png History screen.

Keep the following in mind regarding operation logs.

  • If you log in successfully, the Dashboard screen is displayed, and therefore, the following operations are recorded.

  • Even if you fail to log in, the following operation is recorded.

  • If you edit the form layout in SVF Cloud Designer (copy files and directories, save the form layout, and so on), the same operations as the form layout will be recorded for the files (image files, and other files) that are used in the form layout.

Search operation logs

You can search operation logs by the time of operation, the user ID that carried out the operation, the performed operation, the type of resource, and the resource name.

Download operation logs

You can download the details of the operation logs in a CSV file. If the operation log is split across multiple pages, the operation logs for all pages will be downloaded.

Clicking the Create Detail File button will start creating the CSV file.

Reference

  • The CSV file is created in the background. For details of the background processing, see "Check the status of the background processing".

  • The following CSV files cannot be created in parallel. Once the creation is complete or one hour has passed since the creation started, you will be able to create a new CSV file.

If the CSV file is successfully created, a notification will appear on the Announcements screen - Background Processing tab. Click the link in the notification to download the CSV file.

Reference

Only the user who executed the process will see the notification that the CSV file has been created.

Items to be output in the details

In addition to the items listed in the Operation Log tab, the following items are also output to the CSV file of the details.

  • Tenant ID

  • Target tenant ID
